David John Webb, Sr., age 78, of Street, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.

Born in Bel Air, Maryland, he was the son of the late John Thomas Webb and Helen Louise (Badders) Webb.

David dedicated much of his life to hard work and craftsmanship. He was a truck driver for approximately 60 years, driving for multiple companies throughout his career. He retired from L.G. Almony after 35 years of faithful service. Mechanically inclined and gifted with his hands, David worked on his vans and tractors and was known for his ability to fix just about anything.

He was a proud member of the Moose Lodge and had many interests that brought him joy. David enjoyed camping and the NASCAR races. He also liked fishing and spending time outdoors. A creative spirit, he made beautiful Christmas wreaths, etched glass, and was a talented photographer. His creativity and craftsmanship were evident in all that he did.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly (Webb) Griffith; and his brother, Steven Webb.

He is survived by his sons, David Webb, Jr. and Duane Webb; his daughter-in-law, Melanie Webb; and his brothers, Charles Webb and Douglas Webb. David was blessed with ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He loved the company of all his nieces, nephews and cousins.
