David Wayne Cullum
February 28, 1954 — August 31, 2023
David Wayne Cullum, age 69, of Rising Sun, Maryland passed away on August 31, 2023, at Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, he was the son of the late George and Beulah (Jackson) Cullum. David retired from Aberdeen Proving Grounds after 24 years. He loved animals.
David is survived by his brothers, Michael, Lewis, and Keith Cullum.
In addition to his parents David was preceded in death by his lifetime partner, Della Walker.
