Carter and cherished sister of brothers, John, Jerrance, and Johnathan Carter and sisters, Christine Ryales, Darlene Collins, and Dalarie Hall. She is also survived by her precious grandchildren, Trinity, Christian, and Zion; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
