Daniel Robert Leaverton

Daniel Robert Leaverton, age 80, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Daniel was the beloved son of the late Merle and Geraldine (Lynn) Leaverton.

Daniel proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army. He was an active member of the American Legion Post in Bel Air and the Moose Lodge, where he enjoyed the camaraderie and support of fellow members.

Daniel is survived by his loving children, Andrea (Theodore) Anderson and Christopher (Shana) Leaverton. He was a devoted grandfather to Delaney (Tony) Oleszczuk and Jenna Anderson, and cherished great-grandfather to Adley Oleszczuk.

In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lois Grants.
