Connie Salmons, of Joppa, MD, died at the age of 60 on November 9, 2016. She was born in Mattwan, WV to Pearl Salmons and the late Allene (Steele) Salmons.
In addition to her father, survivors include her children, Jennifer Devereux, Jason Holewinski and Justin Holewinski; her siblings, Pam Stepp , Mark Salmons, Cathy Spangler, and Caren Lutter and husband, Chris; and grandchildren, Matthew, Chloe, Adam and Jacob.
