Connie Leigh Leslie

Connie Leigh Leslie, age 75, of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away on August 28, 2023 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Taylorville, Illinois, she was the daughter of Charles and Frances (Laffoon) Bednego and wife of the late William Leslie.  A homemaker, she was a member of Christ Fellowship Church where her faith was a very important part of her life. She was an avid reader, enjoyed shopping, spending time with family and friends. Connie loved helping and serving people in any way that she could and was a mentor to many people.

Connie is survived by her daughter, Lisa Michele Dutcher (Greg); sons, Robert Stephen Leslie (Lorielle), Scott Leslie (Jennifer) and David Leslie (Alison); grandchildren, Samantha Dutcher, Benjamin Dutcher, Isaac Dutcher, Ella Dutcher, Gianna Leslie, Scarlett Leslie, Luca Leslie, Kira Leslie and Ryan Leslie; sisters, Lydia Hoeck and Carol Simpson; and brother, John Bednego.
