Clare F. Fogler

Clare Foree Fogler, 79, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Naomi (Josenhans) Fogler and Mother Rosaline Mayonado.

Clare retired from the Federal Government after 40 years of dedicated service. She had a great love for her dogs and enjoyed spending time in her garden. Clare also loved shopping and sharing time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents Clare was preceded in death by her siblings, Rick Josenhans, Barbara Harrington, Joan Churn, and her twin sister, Edna Mae Josenhans.

Clare is survived by her son, Michael (Rhonda) Abernethy; her grandson, Seth Abernethy; her sister, Charlene (Skip) Minter; her brother, Bernie (Joyce) Fogler; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
