Claire Noelle Herman

Claire Noelle Herman, beloved infant daughter of Stephanie Nicole (Oswald) Herman and Christopher Brian Herman of Bel Air, Maryland, passed peacefully on Thursday, October 9, 2025.

Born in Baltimore, Claire’s life was filled with immeasurable love from her devoted family and caregivers. Though her time on earth was short, she deeply touched the hearts of all who knew and prayed for her and will forever be cherished.

In addition to her parents, Claire is survived by her big brother, Ethan Herman. Claire is also dearly loved by her grandparents, Alison and Larry Oswald, and Gloria and Timothy Herman; her uncle, Alexander Oswald; her aunt and uncle, Andrea and Steven Lombardi; her cousins, Emmett and Ainsley Lombardi; and her great-grandparents, Janet and Dave Herman.

A special thank you to Claire’s care teams at University of Maryland Children’s Hospital and Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, who fought tirelessly alongside her.

Claire will always be remembered as a precious gift whose light will continue to shine in the hearts of her loved ones forever. All are welcome to honor her at a Celebration of Life to be held at the McComas Celebration Center in Jarrettsville, MD on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 1-4pm, with a memorial service at 2:30pm. Her family requests bright colors or shades of pink and purple be worn.
