Chessie Ella Crouse

Chessie Ella Crouse, age 78, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on November 22, 2013 at Jacobs Well Assisted Living in Bel Air, MD. Born in Hayes, NC, she was the daughter of the late Charles Vestal and Walsie Beatrice Johnson Absher. She had worked as a textile press operator, enjoyed reading, crocheting, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Crouse is survived by her son Charles C. Crouse of Wauchula, FL; daughters, Brenda A. Kinsler of Joppa and Carol L. Crouse of Havre de Grace; sisters, Onnie Cox and Betty Higgins, both of Traphill, NC; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Larry W. Crouse, and granddaughters Amy Marie and Nicole Kay Crouse.
