Charles Edward Tittle, age 80, of Maryland, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late William Walter Tittle, Jr., and Myrtle Lorraine (Grammer) Tittle.

Charles was a proud veteran and loved his fellow members of Calvary Baptist Church. He was also a strong advocate for Convention of States and served as a District Captain for the last several years. He was also a lifetime member of the NRA.

Charles loved gardening and feeding his birds as well as going fishing and target shooting and visiting with family and friends. He and his beloved wife Carol enjoyed taking cruises and going on road trips in his Mercedes.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Tittle.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carol R. Tittle (Robertson); his sister, Shirley (Robert) Rachinskas; his brother, William (Marge) Tittle, III; his sister-in-law, Mary Bush; his nieces Lynn Kessler, Molly Sacco, and Charleen Foott; his nephews, Matthew Bush and William Tittle, IV; his cousins, Jo Ann Coster and Erin Coster.
