Charles Eugene Higgins

Charles E. Higgins, age 75, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on January 17, 2017 at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Bradford, Pennsylvania , he was the son of Charles and Mary (Blakeley) Higgins. He was a member of the American Legion in Smethport, PA.

Mr. Higgins is survived by his wife, Julia Higgins; children, Charles (Krissan) Rex Higgins, Christopher (Angela) Campbell, Kelsi (Paul) Layne and Aaron (Christina) Campbell; 8 grandchildren; and brother, Jim (Carla) Acker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Higgins.
