Charles Edward Bradford Sr.

Charles Edward Bradford Sr., age 89, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on January 24, 2013 at Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Argyle, ME, he was the son of the late Elmer and Alice Dow Bradford and husband of the late Marilyn Alice Bradford. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served our country during WWII. From 1949 to 1982 he worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Edgewood Arsenal. A member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, he loved the outdoors, and enjoyed inventing things. He also enjoyed working on automobiles and yard work.

Mr. Bradford is survived by his son, Charles E. Bradford Jr. of Darlington; daughter, Lynn Opdyke of Fallston; and seven grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by four siblings.
