Charlene Watchinsky

Charlene Watchinsky, age 79, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on April 28, 2023 at Sterling Care Forest Hill in Forest Hill, Maryland. Born in Washington, District of Columbia, she was the daughter of Charles and Barbara (Chaney) Fogle. She was a school bus driver and a member of member of St. Stephens Catholic Church for over 40 years. Charlene was very active in Harford County Baseball League for Kids and loved playing Bingo.
Charlene is survived by her husband, Thomas Lee Watchinsky, Sr.; sons, Thomas Lee (Beverly) Watchinsky, Jr. and Gregory Lee Watchinsky; grandchildren, Amelia Watchinsky and Adam Watchinsky; and sister, Peggy (Joseph) Birner.
