On Saturday, September 15, 2012, Cecil Ellis Squires, Jr. of Jarrettsville, Maryland. Husband of the late Anna Lucille Fenton Squires. Father of Anne, Kathi, Mike, Mona, Mel Squires, Peggy Smilko and Barb Ellis. Beloved grandfather of Sonja Squires, Michael Squires, Claire, Emily and Dana Smilko, and Haley and Paige Ellis. He was a past president and active member of the Jarrettsville Lions Club. A memorial service will be held Friday, September 21, 2012 at 7:00 PM from the Kurtz Funeral Home 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084.
