Cecelia Van Alstyne, age 99, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, Cecelia was the beloved daughter of the late George Lawrence Sansoucie and the late Emelia Marie Sansoucie, née Martel.

Cecelia lived a long life marked by strength, resilience, and devotion to her family. She treasured the time she spent with those she loved and leaves behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, and enduring love that will continue through future generations.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Van Alstyne; her first husband, Floyd P. Earle; her parents, George Lawrence Sansoucie and Emelia Marie Sansoucie, née Martel; her son, James Earle; and her grandson, Guy Earle.

Cecelia is survived by her son, Dennis (Barbara) Earle; her grandchildren, Richard (Juanita) Earle, Robert Bingham, and Rebecca Reese; her great-grandchildren, John Earle and Morgan Earle; along with many other loving family members and dear friends who will cherish her memory.

Services and interment will be announced at a later date.
