Carlos William Rhea

Carlos William Rhea, age 96, of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away on December 22, 2022 at his home. Born in Russell County, Virginia, he was the son of Dorcey and Fanny (Rasnake) Rhea and husband of 65 years to the late Betty Rhea. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and worked as a tool and die specialist. He had a green thumb and loved flower gardens. He faithfully loved his family. Carlos and his wife Betty loved to watch baseball together, their favorite team being the Orioles, and they would say prayers together every night.

Carlos is survived by his daughters, Rita (Timmy) Maslin and Corliss Thomas; sons, Jerry (Pearl) Rhea and Mike (Cathy) Rhea; grandchildren, Dawn (Keith) Dowell, Angie (Rockie) Nottingham, Damon (Marianne) Rhea and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his sons, Kent Rhea and Bill Rhea.
