Carl Dean Sadler, age 62, of Jarrettsville, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Carl was the beloved son of Marylin Virginia (Neuhauser) Bradford and the late Arvin Dean Sadler.
Carl was a hardworking man who took great pride in being a heavy equipment operator. He loved being outdoors and working with his hands. In his younger years, Carl enjoyed fishing and hunting, though he later experienced a change of heart and gave up hunting out of compassion for animals. A passionate fan of demolition derby and race cars, Carl also had an interest in boxing and always had a deep appreciation for mechanical work and the thrill of motorsports.
Carl is lovingly remembered by his stepson, Erick Sadler, and grandson, Emmett Sadler. He is also survived by his brothers, Michael Sadler; and half-brother Joseph Bradford; half-sister, Lorrie Warfield; and stepfather George J. Bradford, and former wife, Janet L. Ady.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Neuropathy Action Foundation or the American Diabetes Association, causes close to Carl’s heart.
Carl will be deeply missed by his family and friends, remembered for his strength, his passions, and the legacy of hard work and love he leaves behind.
