Carl R. O'Neal

Carl R. O'Neal, 62, of White Marsh, MD, passed away on Janaury 18, 2015 at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Porterville, CA, he was the son of the late William Wade and Mary Ellen Welch O'Neal and wife of the late Anna Jeannette Ports O'Neal. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army retiring after 20 years of service. He had worked for the Edgewood Postal Service as a maintenance manager. He was a member of the Edgewood American Legion and VFW in Edgewood.

Mr. O'Neal is survived by his son, William R. Samsel Jr. and wife, Denise, of Sparrows Point,
Robert O'Neal, Keith O'Neal, and Reshawn O'Neal, all of California; brothers, Jerry, Roy and Kenneth O'Neal, all of California; and grandchildren, Gabrielle L. Samsel, Jacob D. Samsel, Braylon J. O'Neal, Noah J. O'Neal, and Ryland O'Neal.
