Carl Joseph Mondshour Sr.

Carl Joseph Mondshour Sr., age 85, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away on October 12, 2023, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach, Florida. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Carroll and Emma (Decker) Mondshour and husband of 66 years to his loving wife Ida Mae Mondshour. Carl and Ida are members of St, Francis de Sales Catholic Church in
Abingdon, MD. Carl liked to do sudoku puzzles, play solitaire and enjoyed hunting deer but the highlight of his life was his family.

In addition to his wife, Carl is survived by his daughter, Debbie Farnung; son, Rodger Mondshour; Grandchildren: Timothy Jahnigen, Jr, Jami Mondshour, Frank Farnung, Jennifer Eisenmann, and Carl Joseph Mondshour III, and Great Grandchildren: Noah Jahnigen, Adam Jahnigen, Luke Jahnigen, Madison Mondshour, and Richard Eisenmann and Sister Brenda Clemens.

In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by son, Carl Joseph Mondshour Jr., daughter, Teresa Scott, and siblings, Marlene Ward, James Mondshour, Constance Biddinger, Betty Lou Ullman. Carolyn Mondshour, and Thomas Mondshour.
