Calvin E. "Shorty" Gibbs

Calvin E. "Shorty" Gibbs, age 78, of Aberdeen, Maryland passed away on January 13, 2023. Born in Harford County, Maryland, he was the son of the late Calvin and Mary (Kitner) Gibbs and husband of Carol Gibbs for 49 years. He worked Bonita Farms as exerciser of the horses for over 30 years. He enjoyed watching football and he was an avid skater and speed skater, at the Bel Air Roller Rink.

In addition to his wife, Calvin is survived by his son, Craig Ryan Gibbs and sister, Ann Mankin.

In addition to his parents, Calvin was preceded in death by his sons, Justin Karl Gibbs and Karl Wayne Gibbs; sister, Grace Holloway; and brothers, Rev. Alvin Williams, Clarence Eugene Williams, and Lester Williams.
