Brian Scott Hooper, age 51, of Holtwood, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 17, 2023. He was born in Maryland, the son of the late Senator Bob and Shirley (Cullum) Hooper. He was the youngest of four siblings and much loved.
Scott was an avid reader from a young age. Most lately, that passion was for history. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a wicked chuckle. Scott was well known for his pranks and bad jokes. He was most at home outdoors. He loved to hunt, fish, and hike. Travel was another great joy, especially with his loves, Janet Howe and her daughter, Joanna.
Brian Scott is survived by sisters, Cindy Hushon, husband-Ben, Terrie Fraer, and husband-Mike. His nieces and nephews will forever remember his stories and laughter.
In addition to his parents, Brian Scott was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Hooper.
A celebration of Scott’s life will be held at Peach Bottom Inn on Sunday, 1/7/24, 1pm-4pm
