Brenda S. Thompson

Brenda S. Thompson, age 38, of Abingdon, MD, died on March 12, 2010 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of Freddy Lee and Juanita Joyce Leonard Thompson of Havre de Grace, MD. Born and raised in Harford County, she was a 1989 graduate of Edgewood High School and was currently employed with the Social Security Administration. She had been a long time employee of Home Depot in Edgewood and enjoyed music, reading, and being with family.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers, Richard Lee Thompson of Abingdon, MD and Roger Lacy Woolwine of Middle River, MD; sister, Kathleen May Vance and husband, Ruban, of Perryman, MD; grandparents, Charlie and Elizabeth Thompson; three uncles; nephew, Jonathan Lee Thompson; and nieces, Sarah Thompson and Emily Vance. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Estel and Flora Leonard.
