On Thursday January 18, 2018 Brenda Kay Hicks of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away. Daughter of the late William Harry Comer and the late Inez Elizabeth Walbeck Comer. Mother of James Michael Hicks and companion Robert Steele; and Floyd Franklin Hicks III and companion Cathy Branch; also survived by grandson Daniel Christopher Hicks. No services will be held.
