Bill Roach, Jr., 75, of Lancaster, Virginia, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025, in Mechanicsville, VA. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Bill Leonard Roach, Sr., and Mary Louise (Rolfe) Roach.
Bill was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Nancy Roach; his brother, Mike Roach; and his cherished grandchild, Corey Grayson.
He is survived by his loving children: Tina Houston (daughter), Timothy Roach (son), Kevin Roach (son) and his wife Teresa, and Keith Roach (son) and his wife Lauren. Bill was a proud grandfather to Joshua Grayson, Cody Houston, Cameron Roach, Collin Roach, Noah Roach, and Lilly Roach, and a devoted great-grandfather to Dakota Grayson. He is also survived by his siblings: Sandy Roach (sister), David Roach (brother), and Greg Roach (brother).
Bill was the CEO of the successful business Churchville Tile and Marble in Maryland, a company he built with dedication and integrity. Upon his retirement, he proudly left the business to his son Kevin Roach, ensuring that his legacy would continue for future Roach generations. Throughout his life, Bill took great care of his siblings and remained a constant source of support and strength for his family.
Bill and Nancy built their final dream home in Lancaster, Virginia, a place that held special meaning for them both. He deeply loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. A devoted fan of the Baltimore Ravens, Bill treasured attending football games with his grandchildren. For many years he just enjoyed relaxing on his boat, “Plan C,” alongside his wife Nancy. He was at one time a golf enthusiast where loved playing golf with his brother David.
Bill will be dearly missed by his loyal dog, Koki, who was always by his side (loyal to the end), and his cat, Tiger, who brought him comfort and companionship.
