Beverly "Bev" Anne Smith

Beverly “Bev” Anne Smith, age 85, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Bev was the beloved daughter of the late Walter Louis Myers and Mary Louise (Scharnagle) Myers. She went to school at Shrine Of The Little Flower and Catholic High in northeast Baltimore.

Bev is survived by her loving daughter, Sandy Riedal, and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Tyler Riedal and Cassidy Marquez and her husband, Zeek; brother, Gene Myers Sr. and his wife, Georgia; beloved cousin, Betty Buddemeyer, who was like a sister to her; beloved former sister-in-law, Debbie Myers; her special and dear best friend since childhood, Noreen Morris; and her beloved cat and fur baby, Zoe.

In addition to her parents, Walter and Mary Myers, Bev was preceded in death by her brother, Wally Myers Jr.

Bev will be remembered for her strong spirit, kind and compassionate heart, and unwavering love for her family, dear friends, and love of cats.

A memorial service for family and friends will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 am, at St Ignatius Church, 533 E. Jarrettsville Rd. Forest Hill, Md
