On Sunday January 8, 2017 Betty Lou Keppler of Westminster, Maryland formerly of Jarrettsville, Maryland. Daughter of the late Ralph D. Smith and the late Erma Brown Smith. Wife of the late Ernest H. Keppler.Mother of Susan Georg and husband Robert; Kathy Beck; Kip Keppler and wife Marylee; also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Entombment will be held on Thursday January 12, 2017at 12 Noonat Highview Memorial Gardens, 3433 Fallston Road Fallston, Maryland 21047.
