Beth Louise Coogan

Beth Louise Coogan, age 61, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on October 29, 2014 at Stella Maris Hospice in Timonium, MD. Born in Croton-on-Hudson, NY, she was the daughter of the late Donald James and Marguerite Virginia Kuehn Van Gordon and wife of the late Bernard A. Coogan. She worked as a pediatric care nurse for over 30 years and volunteered as long as she could when she went on disability. She enjoyed playing with her grandchildren, crocheting and hooking rugs. She had two cats, Shadow and Kiarah, which she loved and enjoyed snuggling up with.

Mrs. Coogan is survived by her sons, Marc Coogan and wife, Melanie, of Abingdon and Eric Coogan and wife, Paula, of North East; sister, Sue Palmer of Montrose, CO; and grandchildren, James P. and Emilie R. Coogan of Abingdon and Ayden L. and Ariona L. Coogan of Winchester, New Hampshire.
