On Friday, January 10, 2014 Arthur William Harman of Fallston, Maryland passed away. Son of Rudolph Harry Charles Harman, Sr. and Mary Rheba Jackson. Brother of Rudolph H.C. Harman, Jr., Anthony M. Harman, and Barbara G. Harman. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 14, 2014 from 5-8 PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084.
