Arthur E. (Art) Bradshaw

ARTHUR E. (ART) BRADSHAW, age 73, of Edgewood, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on October 13, 2002. Born on Smith Island, he was the son of the late Curtis and Ruby Marshall Bradshaw. He worked as a correctional officer at the Maryland State Penitentiary for 23 years. He also worked as a security officer on the night shift at White Marsh Mall for 10 years. A Harford County resident for 15 years, he was a member of the Edgewood Assembly of God and served as a trustee, an usher, and with outreach ministries.

Mr. Bradshaw is survived by his wife of 31 years, Juanita Bertha Ecker Bradshaw; two sons, Arthur C. Bradshaw of Fountain Hills, Arizona; Steven D. Bradshaw; one daughter, Robin Steyer of Baltimore; one brother, Reginald Bradshaw of Baltimore; one step-brother, Robert Bradshaw of Manasquan, New Jersey; four grandchildren, Justin Bradshaw of Fountain Hills, Arizona; Stephanie Bradshaw of Fountain Hills, Arizona; Matthew Steyer of Baltimore; and Deanna Steyer of Baltimore. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one daughter, Sharon Lou Bradshaw; and a step-mother, Ruby Tanyhill Bradshaw.

Pallbearers will be: Frank Secret, Art Davis, Monroe Greely, Henny Kahler, Paul Ecker, and Matthew Steyer.
