Angel David Cornier

Angel David Cornier, age 49, of Edgewood, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 21, 2025. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Angel was the beloved son of Lydia Delgado Gonzalez and the late Nelson Cornier.

Angel was preceded in death by his loving wife, Leslie Paris, and is leaving his current wife, Maria Vogel.

He is survived by his cherished children: Precious Cornier, Dave Cornier, Angel Isiah Cornier, Angel Cornier, Jr., and Elijah Cornier; his adored grandson, Gianni M. Cornier; his dear sister, Limarys Rivera; and his brother, Nelson Cornier, Jr. He will also be remembered by extended family and countless friends.

Angel was a loving son, brother, father, and friend to all. His strength alone distinguished him from others. Angel fought countless battles and prevailed many times. His will power to never give up will forever live in our hearts. He enjoyed working on his cars, watching horror movies, eating a super well-done steak and being an all-around family man. Angel was a pillar in this family, from his humorous ways to his handiness helping all others. There is nothing papi couldn’t fix. He also enjoyed go-carting, working on small engine repairs, and using his hands to help those around him. He was always eager to lend his time and skills to help his family and friends with repairs, big or small.

Angel's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Angel David Cornier’s Strength will forever live in our hearts.
