Amanda M. Hichkad

Amanda M. Hichkad, age 41, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on September 23, 2014 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Greenville, TX, she is the daughter of Robert Joe and Mary Ann Armfield Macy. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother and friend who inspired the community by using her cancer to provide hope and help to others culminating in the annual Amanda Hichkad CCA Celebration Walk.

Mrs. Hichkad is survived by her husband, Tejan R. Hichkad; and her sons, Grayson C., Cooper G. and Brody M. Hichkad, all of Bel Air.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Christ Our King Presbyterian Church, 10 Lexington Road, Bel Air, MD 21014, with a reception with family visitation following the service.
