Alfred L. Stancill

Alfred L. Stancill, age 87, of Bel Air, MD passed away on March 6, 2014 at his home. Born in Greenville, NC he was the son of the late Rufus Garland and Anna Blanche Waters Stancill and husband of the late Mae C. Stancill. A veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps he served our country in WWII and was a painter at APG Aberdeen.

Mr. Stancill is survived by his son, Mark L. Stancill of Kingsville; daughter, Sharon K. Stancill of Bel Air; brothers, James Stancill of Williamston, NC, Linwood Stancill of Greenville, NC, Guilford and Rudolph Stancill, both of Chesapeake, VA; sisters, Louise Bryant of Norco, CA, Marie Holloman and Dean Jones, both of Tarboro, NC. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his siblings, Lucy Morris, Annabelle Salamone, Adell Good and Garland Stancill.
