William Scott Garvey

William Scott Garvey, age 79, of Edgewood, Maryland, passed away on July 31, 2022 at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Winfield and Florence (Kallner) Garvey. He enjoyed doing word searches, driving big rigs, and working on big trucks and cars.

William is survived by his wife Lorraine Garvey; daughters, Lora Rauch and Leanne (Danny) Plaisance; grandchildren, Amanda Rauch, William (Ty’Nisha) Rauch and Tyler (Kaylee) Plaisance; great grandchildren, Liam Rauch, Emery Plaisance and Lijah Rauch; and sisters, Theresa Sekel, Eileen Pennington and Mary Stone.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, William Scott Garvey Jr.
