William H. Rigsby, Sr.

William H. Rigsby Sr., age 92, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on December 21, 2022 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in West Virginia, he was the husband of 56 years to the late Bettie Rigsby. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked as a transportation officer for the government. William enjoyed being out on the water and fishing and crabbing with his family.

William is survived by his stepson, Ronald Smith (Mary); daughter-in-law, Carol Rigsby; and grandchild, Jennifer (Mark) Coleman.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by son, William H. Rigsby, Jr. and many brothers and sisters.
