William "Bud" Allen Sullivan Sr.

William “Bud” Allen Sullivan Sr., age 81, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on September 20, 2021 at his home. Born in Schuyler, Virginia, he was the son of Grant and Susie (Burton) Sullivan. William had worked in property management and was a very calm and easy spoken man. He was a very good father to his children and stepchildren, raising them as his own. He believed in the Lord. He was very musically inclined and could play the harmonica, violin and guitar, which he enjoyed playing and singing with his friends Cookie, Smokey, and Bill. He loved his sister Susie and his niece Sherry dearly. He was a very loving man and always expressed his love to his family.

William is survived by his wife Dorothy (Blevins) Sullivan; son, Jackie Wayne Wilson; daughters, Connie Ann Newton and Rhonda Faye Wilson; brothers, Grant E. Sullivan Jr. and Larry W. Sullivan; sisters, Linda C. Mairose, Judith Y. Blevins, Jeanine S. Smith and Valerie J. Blevins; and 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, William Allen Sullivan, Jr. and Carl Matthew Sullivan, brother, Gary W. Sullivan and sister, Audrey E. Mumpower.
