Wayne Cannon

January 14, 1939 — August 18, 2009

Wayne Cannon, age 70, of Bel Air, MD, died on August 18, 2009 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Mineola, TX, he was the son of the late Robert Lee and Georgia Snyder Cannon. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was a member of the VFW in Middle River and the American Legion Post #39. He had worked as a commercial and residential heating and air conditioning technician. He loved to fish and enjoyed watching westerns.

Mr. Cannon is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Cannon of Bel Air, MD; daughter, Pamela Sue Gibson of AZ; brother, Bob Cannon of TX, sisters, Patricia Kay Smith and Debbie Turner both of TX, and Gayle Adams of AR; three grandchildren, Rachel Wallace of AZ, Daniel and Brandon Louge of Baltimore, MD; and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Bruce, Edward, Todd, and Bob Heaton, LeRoy Stevens, and Jacob Kopp.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 2036 Telegraph Road, Pylesville, MD 21132.
