Walter Ryan V

August 20, 1988 — March 19, 2022

Walter Warren Ryan V, age 33, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on March 19, 2022. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Walter Ryan IV (Michelle Montgomery) and Terri Dennison (Todd Wrolstad) and boyfriend of 14 years of Jaye Anderson. He loved sports and video games. He played football in his younger years. Walt also enjoyed playing video games and throwing a ball with his girls. That is how he discovered his daughter Mariah had a good hand. Above all, he cherished his family, and nothing could separate him from them. Walt wanted a big family. It was his goal to give and share with them the things he may not have had growing up. He always strived for his family to be close together. Walt cared very deeply for his nephew Justin who he called “Baby J” in earlier years. Another very important thing to Walt was to make his father proud of him. He never wanted to disappoint him. He was very proud of his sisters and admired their drive, independence, and the things they were doing in life. He wanted them to learn from him and take different paths then he did.

Walter is survived by his father, Walter Ryan IV, and his wife Michelle Montgomery; mother, Terri Lynn Dennison and her husband Todd Wrolstad; girlfriend, Jaye Anderson; two daughters, Mariah Ryan and Olivia Ryan; brother, Christopher Ryan; seven sisters, Nicole Ryan, Melissa Ryan, Brittany Montgomery, Berlin Montgomery, Baylee Ryan, Mackenzie Ryan, and Navada Ryan; paternal grandmother, Charlotte Lee Ryan; and maternal grandmother, Susan Dennison

Walter is predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Walter Warren Ryan III, and maternal grandfather, Denny Dennison Sr.
