Virginia Tate Doster

Virginia Tate Doster, age 91, of Bel Air, MD passed away on January 20, 2017 at the Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation in Bel Air, MD. Born in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of John and Margaret (Critcher) Tate and wife of the late Lloyd Frederick Doster.

Mrs. Doster is survived by three daughters and son-in-law's, Margaret Dalene Parker and Richard Michael Parker, Elizabeth Ann Hood and Robin Lee Hood, Michelle Elaine Whaley and John Howard Whaley; brother, Col. William Arnold Tate, USMC, Ret.; grandchildren, Frederick Raymond Pfeiffer, Jennifer Leigh Hood (and fiancé Michael Andrew Kramer Jr.), Megan Dalene Parker-Lindsey (and husband Owen Wray Lindsey), Jaime Nicole Hood (and fiancé Shawn Michael Robare) and Heather Elaine Whaley; nephew and nieces, John Anthony Tate, Duane Adair Latimer, and Sharon Leigh Decker.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, 12:00 pm at the Highview Memorial Gardens, Fallston, MD with Chaplain Rodger Stenger officiating.
