Victoria Lynne Smith

April 25, 1953 — March 20, 2020

“Due to the Executive Directive from the Governor regarding limited gatherings, all services will be private."

Victoria Lynne Smith, age 66, of Joppa Maryland, left our presence to be with God on March 20, 2020. Victoria, known by her friends as Vicky, was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She was daughter to Norman and Mildred Faul and sister to John and Robert Faul.

Victoria was a loving wife and is survived by her caring and devoted husband Donald. They loved each other unconditionally and selflessly and were married for forty six years. She was a compassionate, caring, and supportive mother to Matthew, who will sorely miss all her love, wisdom, and encouragement. Her daughter-in-law Lori, and two little granddaughters, Ellie Grace (5) and Nicole Marie (2) all miss her very much too. Victoria loved nothing more than being a grammy, and her grandchildren will grow up being taught to always remember that.

Family and friends that were close to Vickie include her dear sister-in-law Nancy, her sweet brother Bob, and her very kind sister-in-law Alma. Cindy and Tim Jackson and John and Debbie Tripp were neighbors to Vickie and were very close, special friends to her. They provided limitless love and support to her throughout the years. She cherished all of your love and companionship. Last but not least was pastor Jeff Owens. Jeff is so kind and was able to come to the house and pastor Vickie when she could not come to church. He was a spark to her spirit, lifting her up with every visit.

Vickie will be sorely missed by her friends and family but she is in a much happier place now, looking down and smiling upon us. Vickie did not go quietly. She was very strong, positive, and a joy to be around for her entire time here with us, up until the very second that she left to go be with God. I miss you mom but will give my family all your love. They will know you from the stories and love that I share with them.
