Theresa Ann Buchness

Theresa Ann Buchness, age 74, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on October 29, 2018 at her home. Born in Ellicott City, Maryland, she was the daughter of Gerald Maurice and Marguerite (Schaub) Gilner. She worked at St. Agnes Hospital for over 45 years where she was a former Employee of the Year. She enjoyed crafts and loved decorating at Christmas. She crocheted blankets, scarves and hats as gifts for people. She was a phenomenal gift giver who was always looking for the right Christmas or Birthday present year round. She was always inclusive and considerate of others.

Mrs. Buchness is survived by her husband, Stephen Buchness; sons, Stephen G. Buchness, Christopher D. Buchness (Jennifer), Thomas M. Buchness (Erin), and Andrew J. Buchness (Jennifer); sisters, Marguerite Patricia Gilner, Mary Katherine Gilner, and Geraldine Gilner; grandchildren, Aiden, Paige, Gavin, Colton, Brynn, Sonya, and Caroline Buchness .
