Shirley Jean Ward

Shirley Jean Ward, age 61, of Joppa, MD, died on April 24, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, she is the daughter of Lillian Hammel Foreman of Perryman, MD and the late Albert Clinton Foreman. She retired from Harris Fire Protection Company where she worked as a secretary.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sons, Michael J. Ward of Binghamton, NY and Jason W. Ward of Havre de Grace, MD; brother, Albert L. Foreman of Perryman, MD; sisters, Mary Bush of Mexico Beach, FL and Lillian V. Burk of Perryman, MD; companion, Gary Floyd of Joppa, MD; and five grandchildren. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her brothers, William J. and John Michael Foreman.
