Sarah Alexandria Hinton

SARAH ALEXANDRIA HINTON, age 17, of Joppatowne, MD died on August 23, 2007 at her home. Born in Marysville, Beale Air Force Base, CA, she was the daughter of Steven Franklin Hinton of Sumter, SC, Angela Marie Aquino Hinton of Joppatowne, MD, and step-mother, Thressa M. Hinton of Sumter, SC. A 2007 graduate of Joppatowne High School, she was known for her comedic dry humor. Her quick wit and disarming charm, caught everyone’s attention. Her independence continued to grow, despite her mother’s over-protective nature. Sarah loved to dance, sing, act, read, and write and Chuckie Cheese and Putt Putt Fun Center were her favorite hot spots. She always wanted to make other people laugh and brought joy and love to everyone around her. She never felt sorry for herself and she would want folks to know that she lived a happy life. Sarah Alexandria Hinton lived her life to the fullest, despite her battle against brain cancer.

Ms. Hinton is survived by her parents, Steven Franklin Hinton of Sumter, SC, Angela Marie Aquino Hinton of Joppatowne, MD, and step-mother, Thressa M. Hinton of Sumter, SC; two brothers, Dean Hinton and his wife, Jen, of Scott Depot, WV, and David Hinton and his wife, Rachel, of Queenstown, MD; grandmothers, Lydia Aquino of Joppatowne, MD, Betty Hinton of Pasadena, MD, and Virginia Lee Nelson of Crescent Beach, FL; grandfather, Thomas Aquino of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Charles Atwell, Joshua Atwell, David Aquino, Dean Hinton, David Hinton, Robert Aquino, Cory Labre, Mark Aquino, and Jordan Foster.
