On Thursday, April 10, 2014, Ruth Lorraine nee Herbert Fletcher of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away. Wife of the late Emory C. Fletcher; and mother of Cora Lee McAllister and step-mother of William N. Fletcher. Grandmother of Kenneth Lee McAllister, Jr.; Debra Hagan; and William J. McAllister. She also survived by 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 3-5 PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084. Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul United Methodist Church, 2036 Telegraph Road, Pylesville, Maryland 21132. Interment in adjoining church cemetery.
