Ruth L. Norris

Ruth L. Norris, age 84, of Whiteford, MD, passed away due to complications from Parkinson's on July 29, 2010 at Glen Hill Assisted Living in Dayton, MD. Born in Edgewood, MD, she was the daughter of the late Winfield Scott and Goldie Ruth Coe Parks and wife of the late Charles Edward Norris. A homemaker all her life, she was a lifetime resident of Whiteford.

Mrs. Norris is survived by her daughters, Lucille M. McGinnus and her husband, Wayne, of Elkton, MD, Ruth Ann Majka and her husband, Barry, of Bel Air, MD and Charlene M. Norris of Eldersburg, MD; sister, Goldie Caudill and her husband, Frank, of Sevierville, TN; grandchildren, Allen and Jason Burkins, John Brown Jr. and John Davenport; and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brother Scott Parks.
