Roy Clinton Deboard

Roy Clinton DeBoard, age 61, of Abingdon, MD passed away on September 30, 2018 at the home of a relative in Baltimore. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of Troy Clinton and Treva Mae (Andrews) DeBoard. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was the first in his family to graduate high school. Roy enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles and cars and he loved dogs

Mr. DeBoard is survived by three sisters, Cynthia Mae Acker, Patricia (David) A. Broomell, and Sandra (George) Jean Kyle; two brothers, John P. Gillson-DeBoard and Troy (Ann) C. DeBoard, Jr.; brother-in-law, Don Gillson-DeBoard; lifelong friend, Wanda Reaves and family; family members, Troy Acker & Virginia Valentine, Theodore Acker, Gayle Wozar, Terra Kyle, Amber Kyle, Shannon Burkindine, Kyle DeBoard, Joseph DeBoard, Sean Gillson, and Scott Gillson.
