Ross W. Welch

Ross W. Welch, age 57, of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away on August 18, 2021 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Ardis Ann (Stein) and the late James Edward Welch. He was a veteran of the U.S. military. He enjoyed Civil War history, sports (Orioles and Ravens), golf, and spending time with his granddaughter.

Ross is survived by his daughter, Ally Rose Welch of Forest Hill; brother, Edward Welch of Berlin; and granddaughter, Lilly Rose Chrytal.
