Roland "Neil" Cullum

Roland "Neil" Cullum, age 81, of Bel Air, MD passed away on September 6, 2019 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Born and raised in Bel Air, he was the son of the late Roland and Elsie (Mitchell) Cullum. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he retired from BGE as a Customer Relations Supervisor. In his spare time Neil was President of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Churchville Ruritan Club, a Trustee of Calvary United Methodist Church and an Assistant Scout Master with Boy Scout Troop 508.

Neil is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mattie V. Cullum; his children Greg and wife Carol, Scott and wife Kelly, Brian and wife Dimitra, David and wife Alexandra; his brother Russell; his sister Cora Cockerham; and grandchildren Logan, Kathryn (and her husband Nick), Erin, Lindsay, Haley, David, Sierra, Rory, Anastasia, Alyssandra, Grant, and Zach. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gene Cullum.

Monday's funeral service will be private.
