Robert Nagle Northwood

Robert Nagle Northwood, age 70, of Bel Air, MD, died on May 9, 2011 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late John Albert and Naomi Virginia Nagle Northwood. A faithful member of Church of Reconciliation in Bel Air, he had worked as a public administrator in various areas in Harford County. An avid Civil War enthusiast, he was an Eagle Scout, enjoyed being a grandfather, and always volunteered to help coach sports teams for his kids.

Mr. Northwood is survived by his wife of 47 years, Grace Ann Cox Northwood of Bel Air, MD; sons, Rev. Rob Northwood and wife, Sarah, of Bel Air, MD and Todd Northwood and wife, Becky, of Darlington, MD; daughter, Beth Miller and husband, Dan, of Bel Air, MD; sister, Jean Hale of NJ; and grandchildren, Chris and Megan Northwood of Darlington, MD, and Caleb, Avery, Grace, Eli, Gloria and Uriah Northwood, all of Bel Air, MD, Lauren and Natalie Miller of Bel Air, MD.
