Randle Ray Mullins, age 61, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on March 22, 2019 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Randle and Imogene (Hinkle) Mullins.
Randy was down syndrome. He had such a loving demeanor. Randy's favorite activities were eating, laughing, coloring, spending time with family and going to Active Day.
Mr. Mullins is survived by his sister, Lou Ann Williams and her husband, Bob, of Forest Hill, MD; nieces, Samantha Williams Kaplan and Kelsey Williams; loving aunts, Ruth McKamey, Loretta Baker and Peggy O'tradovec and uncle Ron Mullins and his wife Donna and many cousins.
