Phyllis C. Wiley

PHYLLIS C. WILEY, age 64, of Jarrettsville, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on October 8, 2003. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Helen Miller Crowl Freeze of Forest Hill and the late Norman Walter Crowl. She worked as the secretary and treasurer of the Madonna & Shawsville COOP for 25 years. She had also worked as a retail clerk at Stewart’s Department Stores, as an administrative assistant at Farm Credit Banks of Baltimore for 8 years, and as an administrative assistant at Princeton Insurance Company in Hunt Valley. A Longtime resident of Harford County, she was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church and a past Honor Queen of Mt. Moriah Chapter of Job’s Daughters.

In addition to her mother, Mrs. Wiley is survived by her husband of 42 years, Jarrett L. Wiley; one son David L. Wiley of Forest Hill; one daughter, Lynne W. DiBastiani of White Hall; four grandchildren, Sarah Wiley and Jacob Wiley, both of Forest Hill; Ben DiBastiani and Kirsten DiBastiani, both of White Hall.

Pallbearers were: Richard Eyre, Russell Eyre, Dennis Eyre, Albert Breidenbaugh, Frank Snelson, and Allen Swim.
